Event Entry Process

1. How to Enter

  • Automatic Entry: If the product includes an entry ticket, you will be automatically entered upon purchase.

  • Manual Entry: For events requiring entry selection, please select "Enter Event" in the pop-up window before completing your purchase.

  • Please make sure all information entered during the entry process is accurate, as it cannot be modified once the order is made.

  • Each event may have different participation rules, so be sure to check the details on the respective event detail page.


2. How to Confirm Your Entry

  • You can confirm your entry history in ‘MY BOX.’

3. Important Notes

  • Only one person is allowed to enter per account. Proxy or multiple applicants in one account are not permitted.

  • If you place multiple orders under the same account during the entry period, they will be automatically combined. However, if the entry information differs even slightly, entries will not be combined—please enter all details accurately.

  • The purchaser's name must match the full name on a valid ID, either in Korean or English. For non-Korean citizens, the name must match the one on your passport in English.

  • Event products cannot be ordered together with other items. Orders including other products may be canceled at our discretion.

  • Cancellations or refunds are not allowed after entry. Please note that products with entry tickets are automatically entered upon purchase, so please purchase carefully.

  • *Minors (under the age of 19)* must obtain consent from a legal guardian before making a purchase. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.


Winner Announcement & Important Notes

2. Important Notice for Winners

  • Only the selected winner may participate. Proxy collection or transfer of the ticket is strictly prohibited.

  • If a transfer is discovered, the win will be canceled, and future event participation may be restricted.

  • For winners, only one album from the purchased quantity will be handed out on-site. All other items, excluding the signed album, will be shipped separately.

  • The winner is determined based solely on the information submitted at the time of entry. Providing a contact number is mandatory.

  • Personal information will be discarded within 7 days after the event ends. The following details will be collected:

    • Collected Information: Name, Date of Birth, Contact Number, Address, Nationality

    • Recipients: Amond Company, hellolive, and the Artist’s agency


3. ID Verification

  • A physical ID must be presented at entry. Please refer to the table below.

  • All IDs must include a photo and be within the valid date range.

  • Mobile screenshots, copies, or resident registration extracts are not accepted.

Fansign Event Participation Guide

1. Entry & Verification Process

  • You must present a physical ID to the staff on-site to verify your identity before entering.

  • If the name on your ID does not match the applicant's name, you will not be allowed to participate.

2. Entry Ticket (Number Slip)

  • Entry tickets are non-transferable and cannot be reissued if lost. Any transfer attempt may result in removal from the event and restriction from future participation.

  • Your wristband must match the number on your ticket. If your wristband is lost, damaged, or intentionally removed, it cannot be reissued.

  • Only one entry ticket is allowed per person. Changing seats or moving to other seats is not permitted.

3. On-site Rules & Prohibited Items

  • During the signing and while waiting, you are not allowed to wear or use any electronic devices, including cameras, phones, smartwatches, wireless earbuds, etc. Please either leave them at your seat or temporarily entrust them to the staff stationed in the waiting area.

  • Staff may check for recording-capable devices (e.g., Bluetooth earphones, smartwatches) in the waiting line.

  • If caught recording, you will be asked to delete the data and leave the event.

  • Live streaming via social media (e.g., Instagram Live, Facebook Live, soop, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave, and the content will be deleted.

  • Excessive requests, shouting, or physical contact toward the artist will result in immediate removal from the event.

4. Signing Rules

  • Signatures may be placed on any page unless otherwise specified by the event. (Please refer to each event’s notice for details.)

  • Items other than the album (e.g., photocards, personal belongings) cannot be signed unless specified by the event and will be restricted or collected.

  • The name to be signed should be your real name, although some events may allow nicknames depending on the artist. (Please check each event's announcement for specifics.)

  • Only one Post-it question per person is allowed. It must be pre-approved and appropriate. Inappropriate questions will be removed. (The format and rules may vary by artist/event.)

5. Gifts & Props

  • The acceptance and method of delivering letters, props, or gifts may differ for each event. Please check the specific event notice.

  • Props with handwritten messages or artist signatures may be collected and discarded.
