1:1 Video Call is only available on mobile app. Please install hellolive app on your mobile device before the video call begins.

⚠️ Please make sure to allow camera and microphone for the hellolive app. If you didn't, you can change it in the device settings.

⚠️You are able to purchase 1:1 Video Calls on the website but not able to participate on the website.

User Guide

  1. For seamless progress, please check the network connection status, camera, and microphone status in advance in the 'MY BOX → 1:1 VIDEO CALL Condition Check'

  2. Please check your order and start time of 1:1 Video Call in 'MY BOX → 1:1' and don't miss out this precious time.

    *Your order of 1:1 Video Call is 1:1 No. you got when you purchased the ticket.

    *Since the 1:1 Video Call starts after the live event, the start time may vary slightly depending on the situation on the site.

  3. You can check the progress in real-time in the box above the chat room.

    *How to enter the chat room: enter the live chat room or click 'Enter the waiting room' in MY 1:1

  4. Please wait for your turn while the app is running. If the app is not running, the video call notification may not work.

  5. When your artist makes a video call to you, just click the 'Accept' button and say 'hello'!

  6. The call automatically ends when the promised time is over.

  7. You may not be able to access the video call if your phone(android) is connected to your smartwatch. Please disconnect your phone and smartwatch.

⚠️ Any excessive demands or abusive language are not acceptable. In that case, we will end the call.

Video Recording and Audio Recording

hellolive app doesn't support 1:1 Video Call video recording and audio recording.

Checklist for stable 1:1 Video Call

✔ Did you update the app to the latest version? Please check in mobile app store. ✔ Did you check the connection status, camera, and microphone status in advance in the 'MY BOX → 1:1 Video Call Condition Check'? ✔ Is your network connection status stable? Please check System Environment Requirements below. ✔ If the connection doesn't work continuously, install the app on another device and try again.

System Environment Requirements Network: Stable wired internet or Wi-Fi or LTE+ with 20Mbps or higher in speed. Mobile: iOS 14+/Android 10+

FAQ

1) Can Artist see my name while 1:1 video call?

Fan's name is invisible on the screen while 1:1 video call. However, artists will check Fan's nickname when they make a call. Please set the nickname you want to be called by your artist in advance.

2) Translation Service

Translation is not provided. Please prepare what you want to say to your artist in advance. They will try to communicate with you.

3) Missed Call

Do not worry, just be patient. If you miss the initial call, the artist will call you back up to twice. Please understand that we cannot resume the video call after that. Keep this in mind.

4) If I buy several tickets for 1:1 Video Call, does it mean that I have more time to video call?

The call time is set for each ticket. When you purchase several tickets for 1:1 Video Calls, call times will not be combined, but you will get a separate call time for each ticket.

5) Cancellation/Refund

Cancellation/Refund caused by personal reasons are not available to respect the rights of content creators and event preparation. It is only available when the event gets canceled or postponed.
