APP ERROR

⚠️ In case of error when you use the app, please follow the guide as below

✔ Did you update the app to the latest version? If you didn't, there is a high probability of an error. Please check the store for updates.

✔ Does your device and network follows System Environment Requirements below.

✔ LIVE, REPLAY, GOODS are also available on mobile web version of hellolive. (ONLY Chrome)

System Environment Requirements

Network: Stable wired internet or Wi-Fi or LTE+ with a 20 Mbps or higher in speed PC: Mac OS 10.12+/Windows 10+ Mobile: iOS 14+/Android 10+ Browser: Chrome 70+

If the same problem continuously occurs, contact to customer centre(hello@amond.io).

If the app is not the latest version, there is a high probability of an error. Please check the store for updates.

If a problem occurs, close the app and run it again.

If it still doesn’t work, please change the settings of your mobile device.

⚠️ Unable to launch the app?

1. Clear cache and data (Android)

Settings → Application → hellolive → Storage → Clear cache and data

2. Advertising ID Reset (Android)

Delete hellolive app → Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID → OK → Download hellolive app
