# APP ERROR

### ⚠️ In case of error when you use the app, please follow the guide below

✔ Did you update the app to the latest version? If you didn't, there is a high probability of an error. Please check the store for updates.

✔ Do your device and network follow the System Environment Requirements below?&#x20;

✔ LIVE, REPLAY, GOODS are also available on the mobile web version of hellolive. (ONLY Chrome)

<mark style="background-color:red;">**System Environment Requirements**</mark>

**Network:** Stable wired internet or Wi-Fi, or LTE+ with a 20 Mbps or higher speed\
**PC**: Mac OS 10.12+/Windows 10+\
**Mobile:** iOS 15.5+ / Android 6+\
**Browser:** Chrome 70+&#x20;

If the same problem continuously occurs, contact to customer centre(<hello@amond.io>).

If the app is not the latest version, there is a high probability of an error. Please check the store for updates.

If a problem occurs, close the app and run it again.

If it still doesn’t work, please change the settings of your mobile device.

### ⚠️ Unable to launch the app?

#### **1. Clear cache and data (Android)**

Settings → Application → hellolive → Storage → Clear cache and data

**2. Advertising ID Reset (Android)**

Delete hellolive app → Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID → OK → Download hellolive app
