Log in to the website or app → Go to MY BOX → Click on the purchased event → Watch REPLAY
REPLAY will be prepared immediately after the live broadcast and will be available once it opens.
Please check the specific event detail page for the REPLAY opening schedule and viewing period.
Streaming is available during the designated viewing period.

Q1. What is the REPLAY viewing period? A1. The REPLAY viewing period varies depending on the product you purchased. Please check the event’s product detail page for specific information. Q2. I can't play the REPLAY. A2-1. If you are using a mobile web browser or a website browser other than Chrome, the REPLAY may not work properly. Please use Chrome for optimal playback. A2-2. The hellolive app does not officially support tablet devices. Some features may not work properly on tablets, so we recommend viewing via a smartphone or through the website. Q3. What is the cancellation and refund policy? A3. For smooth service operation and to respect the rights of content holders, hellolive does not accept cancellations or refunds for content or cubes purchased due to personal reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding.
