3. I can't play REPLAY

  • If you tried it on website(mobile web, PC web both) which is not Chrome, there is a high probability of an error. Please try again with Chrome browser.

  • hellolive app doesn't support tablets. On tablets, some functions may not work. Please watch it on mobile or PC.

  • If your current region is Indonesia, it may not work due to the video system we're using has been blocked in some areas of Indonesia. Please use VPN and set your region to another place except for Indonesia.

  • Due to the request of content providers, some REPLAY plays only on the web or app. Please check the detailed information page of each product.

4. Cancellation/Refund

Cancellation/Refund caused by personal reasons are not available to respect the rights of content creators and event preparation.
