Sign in on website and app → MY BOX → GOODS → Download → Click the download icon on the right side of the file to save

⚠️ Be sure to save the file within the set download period!

GOODS Shipping Guide

  • GOODS is a physical product that is delivered to your address.

  • Please carefully check the information of the GOODS product you want to purchase and the delivery schedule. In case of GOODS on sale with LIVE, shipping starts after the LIVE ends.

  • You are able to check your shipping information and contact information regarding shipping in 'MY BOX → GOODS → My order information → Shipping request'

FAQ

1) I bought DIGITAL GOODS, but I can't download them. When can I download them?

Please wait a moment, we're preparing. Each GOODS will be uploaded according to the announced date. Before purchasing, be sure to check the upload date in the detailed information! Please check.

*Once the DIGITAL GOODS are uploaded, we will send you an email and a push notification on app.

2) In case no delivery of GOODS

Please check and contact the person in charge following 'MY BOX → GOODS → My order information → Contact'

3) Cancellation/Refund

In order to respect each content rights, cancellation or refund due to personal circumstances are not allowed. However, if the scheduled content delivery is canceled indefinitely, we will refund the cube you paid for.
